Teams can be made up of workmates friends down the pub etc. Most 5 a side football and 6 a side football venue’s hold league’s every night of the week and at weekends . The rules of 5 a side football vary from centre to centre but generally the ball is not allowed above head height and games are usually 20 minutes each way with a 1 minute break for half time.
