Soccer Zone have been involved in 5 a side football and 6 a side football for over 10 years. 5 a side football and 6 a side football experienced a boom in the mid 90’s and in the North West we were at the forefront of this boom. 5 a side football allows people of all abilities to come together for a competitive game once a week at a local venue. Teams can be made up of workmates friends down the pub etc. Most 5 a side football and 6 a side football venue’s hold league’s every night of the week and at weekends . The rules of 5 a side football vary from centre to centre but generally the ball is not allowed above head height and games are usually 20 minutes each way with a 1 minute break for half time.

Teams can be made up of friends from the pub, work mates etc. The rules of 7 a side football do vary from area to area but generally the ball is allowed over head height and games are usually played for 20 minutes each way.
